Anathallo to host instant band party

April 12th, 2007 | by Pete |

So says AbsolutePunk:

Anathallo: This Saturday, we’re hosting an instant band party and potluck at Berry UM Church in Chicago. We really hope to see all of you there who can muster up the courage to make a little noise. No previous experience with music or talent necessary! Here’s the deal:

Who? Everyone (mothers too)
What? Inspired by those dashing dudez at Suburban Sprawl Records, we invite you to bring an instrument (anything… a pot, pan, singing dog, voice, saw, guitar, drum, old sheet, you name it) and we’ll put our names in a hat to create instant bands with the goal of writing a song of some sort in an hour. After that we’ll take a break and feast on homemade whatnot, and then perform our songs for one another!

When? Saturday April 14th at 4 pm
Where? Berry United Methodist Church (4754 N. Leavitt, Chicago IL)
Why? Because we like you, M – O – U – S – E.

Any Chicagoans want to represent the BAC at this P-A-R-T-Y?
